Classyria ("Provider") offers premium visual branding services with the support of Classyria System™: creation of realistic, curated and personalised photos and videos, without the need for a physical photoshoot.
The Service is exclusively available to adults (18+ years). Requests of an illegal, offensive or inappropriate nature will not be accepted.

The Provider offers the following main packages:
Essential: 16 photos (12 base + 4 complimentary), personalised style, 2 revisions included — €550 / CHF 605 (VAT excluded)
Gold: 5 short videos (10–30 sec), mood personalisation, 1 revision included — €300 / CHF 350 (VAT excluded)
Diamond: 25 photos (20 base + 5 complimentary) + 3 short videos, priority processing, 2 revisions included (recommended) — €775 / CHF 850 (VAT excluded)
Premium: 32 photos (25 base + 7 complimentary) + 6 short videos, maximum exclusivity, elevated styling, absolute priority — €975 / CHF 1,050 (VAT excluded)
Advanced privacy: +€100 / +CHF 120 (VAT excluded) — Express delivery 48–72h: +€150 / +CHF 175 (VAT excluded) Additional revisions (beyond those included in the package): €50–100 / CHF 50–100 per photo or video, based on the complexity of the requested modification. The third revision and beyond are always chargeable and quoted in advance. / +CHF 120 (CH) — upon request
All content is produced with the support of Classyria System™, within a production and quality control process supervised by human staff. The client accepts this production method upon confirming their package.
Requests are submitted via classyria.com or WhatsApp. The contract is concluded and binding only upon fulfilment of all three conditions:
(a) Explicit acceptance of these Terms and Conditions via pre-submission checkbox
(b) Acceptance of the NDA via dedicated checkbox in the order confirmation form
(c) Receipt of the 50% deposit payment. Within 24 hours of receiving the deposit, the Client will receive a private link by email to complete Identity Verification (KYC) and sign the Image Ownership Declaration. Production will begin only after this procedure is completed.
The digital pre-CTA checkbox has contractual value equivalent to a signature under Swiss law (CO). No request is binding on the Provider prior to all three conditions being met. 2bis) Identity Verification and Image Ownership (KYC) In compliance with EU Regulation eIDAS (910/2014) and Swiss nFADP, Classyria requires mandatory identity verification before initiating any visual production. The Client must: (a) Provide a selfie holding a valid identity document; (b) Digitally sign the Image Ownership Declaration, confirming they are the legitimate owner of the images provided and authorise Classyria to produce visual content based on their likeness; (c) In cases of representation (manager, agency, photographer), the representative signs the commercial contract, but identity verification and the declaration must be completed by the physical person who owns the image. Classyria reserves the right to suspend or cancel the order without refund if verification is not completed within 48 hours of the link being sent, or if data does not match.
For EU clients, Directive 2011/83/EU applies. EXCLUSION OF RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL: Classyria supplies personalised, made-to-measure digital content. Pursuant to Art. 16(c) of Directive 2011/83/EU, the 14-day right of withdrawal does NOT apply to:
Digital content on a non-tangible medium, the execution of which began with the consumer's prior express consent
Goods and services clearly personalised or made to specification
Once production commences (deposit received + NDA accepted), the Client may not exercise the right of withdrawal. The Client expressly acknowledges this by ticking the pre-CTA checkbox.
For Swiss clients: Swiss law (CO Art. 40a et seq.) provides withdrawal only for door-to-door and telephone contracts. Classyria operates on client online initiative: NO withdrawal right applies in Switzerland. Cancellation conditions in Art. 9 apply.
Prices in EUR (€) for Italy/Europe and CHF for Switzerland. Accepted payment methods: bank transfer, credit/debit card, PayPal, Stripe.

Extras agreed in writing and invoiced separately. Prices exclusive of VAT; applicable taxes indicated on invoice.
The Service uses Classyria System™, including generative AI solutions. In accordance with the EU AI Act (applicable from September 2025):
The Client is informed that such technologies are integral to the production and quality control process
Client materials are used exclusively to produce the requested content
Client data is NOT used to train third-party models
The production and quality control process is at every stage supervised by human staff
Generated content is personalised and not shared with other users
The Provider may decline technically unfeasible requests, notifying the Client before any charge is made.
Delivery within 3–7 business days from production start, via the Client's chosen channel:
Google Drive (primary channel — recommended for large files)
WeTransfer (alternative option, link valid for 7 days from receipt)
Telegram (upon request, subject to technical file size limits)
A preview is shared for approval before final delivery. Each package includes 2 revisions; additional revisions are subject to a fee agreed in writing. Final files delivered only upon full payment. No response within 7 business days of preview = material deemed approved.
A) Client's rights: delivered content is licensed for personal and/or commercial self-promotion use. Resale or sublicensing to third parties is strictly prohibited.
C) Prohibited use: use of delivered content for illegal activities, defamation, harassment, non-consensual deepfakes or identity fraud is strictly prohibited. Violation releases the Provider from all liability and may result in legal action.
Cancellation by the Client:
Before production: deposit non-refundable (covers intake, NDA, coordination and preparatory work)
After production commences: no refund
Cancellation by the Provider:
Before production: full refund of deposit within 14 business days
Documented technical impossibility: proportional refund for undelivered portion
Service defects: where material is objectively non-compliant with the written brief, the Client is entitled to the included revisions. For an irremediable defect acknowledged in writing by the Provider, maximum refund is 25% of the deposit paid. No further refund is due.
All data and materials are treated with utmost confidentiality. The NDA is accepted digitally via checkbox in the order confirmation form (equivalent to a signature under CO). Recording operational communications or disclosing identifying information without prior written consent is prohibited. Confidentiality obligation: 3 years from end of contractual relationship, applicable across all markets (CH, EU, UK).
The Provider does not guarantee specific performance results on the Client's channels and is not liable for use of delivered content after delivery. Under Swiss law, no liability for indirect damages or loss of profit. Maximum liability: 25% of the amount paid for the package in dispute, and in any event not exceeding €100 / CHF 100.
In the event of circumstances beyond the Provider's reasonable control, parties shall cooperate to reschedule without penalty. If rescheduling is not possible within 30 days, the Client is entitled to a full refund of the deposit.

Jurisdiction: Lugano, Switzerland for all contracts. For EU/UK consumers, mandatory local jurisdictional rules of the country of residence prevail where applicable. Governing law: Swiss law in all cases.
The Provider may amend these Terms at any time. Amendments take effect upon publication on classyria.com with visible update date. For material changes affecting clients with active orders: email notice with 14 days' advance notice where available.
Terms in force at package confirmation apply to the ongoing contract. These Terms and Conditions, together with NDA acceptance via form and 50% deposit payment, constitute the complete agreement between the parties. No separate document is required.
